2. Access Data and Hosting
When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits certain data to our server, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, and the browser used. These access data are evaluated exclusively to ensure a smooth operation and to improve our offering.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada. Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. Shopify ensures data protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission.

3. Contract Processing and Contact

3.1 Order Processing
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it during your order. Required fields are marked as such. Data is necessary to fulfil the contract and process your order, including delivery and payment.

3.2 Customer Account
If you create a customer account, we store your provided data for future orders. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3.3 Contact Form / Communication
If you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email), we process your data to handle the inquiry. Data will be deleted after final processing unless legal obligations apply.

4. Shipping and Logistics
We share relevant address and contact data with our shipping partners DHL and DPD for delivery purposes.

5. Payment Processing
We use Shopify Payments, which includes: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Amex, and Klarna. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify and the respective payment provider. Data is transmitted only as necessary for transaction processing.

We may also forward data to service providers for fraud prevention and payment optimisation.

6. Email Marketing

6.1 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send promotional emails based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email.

6.2 Review Requests
After completing an order, you may receive a review request via email. These are sent either via Shopify’s review system or via Trusted Shops (Trusted Shops AG, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany).

DSP INVEST S.A.R.L. and Trusted Shops are joint controllers regarding review invitations.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to enable essential functions (e.g. cart, login) and for analytical and marketing purposes.

With your consent, we use:

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.)

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

  • TikTok Pixel

These tools may process IP address, browser info, device info, and user behavior. Data may be transferred to third countries. IP anonymisation is activated for Google services.

Consent is managed via Shopify’s built-in cookie banner.

8. Trusted Shops Integration
Trusted Shops widgets (Trustbadge, rating display) may be displayed on our website with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). These access order information (order number, email, products) stored in your browser to verify review eligibility and offer buyer protection.

The Trustbadge is hosted by a U.S.-based CDN. Standard contractual clauses are in place.

Trusted Shops uses service providers for hosting and security. For privacy concerns, you may contact either DSP INVEST or Trusted Shops directly.

9. Social Media Links
We do not currently link or embed any social media profiles on our website.

10. Your Rights
According to the GDPR, you have the following rights:
