1. Scope of Application

This Shipping Policy governs the terms and conditions under which DSP INVEST SARL (‘the Company’) facilitates the shipment of goods to customers within the European Union. By placing an order with the Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the provisions set forth herein.

2. Shipping Method and Carrier

All shipments are executed via DHL, an internationally recognized logistics provider. The Company reserves the right to engage alternative shipping carriers where deemed necessary for operational efficiency.

3. Shipping Costs and Liability

• Shipping costs are calculated directly by DHL based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• The shipping fees are borne by the shipping service provider, and no additional shipping charges shall be imposed on the customer at checkout.
• The Company assumes no liability for shipping costs, including any surcharges imposed by the carrier.

4. Delivery Timeframe

• The estimated delivery period for standard shipments ranges from 2 to 7 business days, contingent upon the destination and operational conditions of the carrier.
• Orders are processed solely on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• No orders shall be processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

5. Order Pickup Option

• Customers may opt for self-collection at a designated pickup location.
• The Company reserves the right to impose verification procedures prior to the release of goods.

6. Risk and Transfer of Liability

• The risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer upon dispatch of the goods from the Company's premises in accordance with Article 67 of the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
• Any claims regarding delayed, lost, or damaged shipments shall be directly addressed to the shipping carrier (DHL), as the Company assumes no responsibility once the goods have left its possession.

7. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

• Customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of goods, in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
• A duly completed Withdrawal Form must be submitted prior to initiating a return.
• Return shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer, except where statutory consumer protection laws mandate otherwise.
• For a full refund, it is important that you return the product in its original condition and undamaged. Make sure the product is properly and securely packaged for the return shipment. If we receive the product damaged or incomplete, we may deduct money from the amount to be refunded.

8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Regulatory Compliance

• The customer assumes full responsibility for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees associated with cross-border shipments.
• Any levies imposed by customs authorities shall be settled by the recipient prior to delivery.
• The Company disclaims any liability for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or governmental regulatory requirements.

9. Amendments and Modifications

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping Policy at its sole discretion. Any modifications shall take effect upon publication on the Company's official website and shall not affect orders placed prior to such amendments.
